My personal interests are singing, playing basketball and bowling. I have been in the company for 8 years. Two years ago, I was transfer from XX department for XX department. Because this extraordinary experience, I have learned the relationships among all departments and the conflicts in between. Therefore, I am confident I can handle cross-functional projects with ease internally, and satisfy the needs from our customers.
Certainly, I understand I have to improve my communication ability in English, after all, this is an international company, English is the key to assure our success. Thank you for your time.

The experience I have gained during this time, have enabled me to understand the relationships among all different departments and the potential conflict that come in between. Therefore, I am confident I can handle cross-functional projects easily and make sure all the requirements from our respective customers can be met.
While English is important to our company, I believe my experience, enthusiasms and motivation, will be great assets for this position and I certainly will continue to improve my English ability to meet the challenge that may come.
